Over the last two weeks we have been continuing to enjoy our 'Green Fingers' project in Year 2. The children have been learning how to write letters based on our story, 'The Selfish Giant' and have even been including possessive apostrophes. In order to do this, we acted out the story and pretended that we were the children in the garden so that we could imagine how they might be feeling.
In our maths lessons we have been learning how to divide. We began this practically by working out how many trips it would take to carry a certain amount of passengers across the river, before we learnt to work out the answers via drawing arrays.
