On Friday 29th of September, our Key Stage 1 & 2 Children each received a special assembly from the NSPCC team.
Alongside Buddy their mascot, the specially trained team performed an interactive and engaging assembly providing our children with the important knowledge they require to enable them to fully understand the concept of abuse and furthermore to feel confident in speaking out should they need to.
They were taught the correct steps in staying safe and recognising the correct people to speak out too.
Each child was provided with a speak out and stay safe kit which includes tips to remember and important contact telephone numbers.
Website and contact details are as follows:
0800 1111 (for children with concerns)
0808 800 5000 (for adults with concerns for a child)
