This year at Great Linford Primary School many children took part in bird watching, there were the Roving Reporters, The Animal Society and The Junior Park Rangers. We found lots of different types of birds, at least 45 starlings! Our team saw a variety of lots of birds and everyone enjoyed it. “We played bird music to attract birds and saw a blue tit, a robin and others,” Hayley in Year 4 told us. Amongst many others, we saw 2 blackbirds, 2 black headed gulls, 4 blue tits,1 carrion crow, 3 magpies, 3 robins, 1 Jackdaw, 2 pied wagtails, 1 house sparrow, 2 common gulls and 5 wood pigeons.
