On Tuesday Year 6 traveled to Stratford-upon-Avon to take part in a drama workshop lead by the Royal Shakespeare Company. Designed to enhance the childrens' understanding of Macbeth, the Shakespeare play we have been studying this half term.
The children explored the language and personalities or Macbeth, the Witches and Duncan (King of Scotland). We grew our understanding of the character of Macbeth and discussed his thoughts, feelings and actions.
