Aims:
Our House system is an integral part of our school and epitomises our school ROOTS and values. Forming the backbone of of our achievement system, it also provides us with opportunities for numerous charity and social enterprise events that allow our pupils to flourish in a range of leadership endeavors. As well as promoting a healthy competitive spirit, it also provides an opportunity to contribute to something bigger; children from all year groups get to meet, compete and work together allowing the older children to be positive role models for the younger children.
"Our House system allows pupils to strive to be the best they can be. We hold events that are relevant and linked to issues and causes that the pupils believe are important. This can be through taking part in House events and competitions, going above and beyond in their academic work or even overcoming personal challenges. Each year we all look forward to the awarding of the House trophy where we celebrate all achievements - both big and small."
